WILD PAINT! ABSTRACT ART DAY LONG WORKSHOP

Through fun AND guided exercises you will explore the topic of the workshop, then you will have time to develop your own paintings. Open to all Levels. Limited to 6 people.

COST: $225

Materials Fee: $25 per workshop to be paid in cash or check at the workshop. Check made out to Suzanne Jacquot

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $75 if cancelled 30 days or more in advance, Half refund less $75 if cancelled 15 days in advance. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before workshop. To obtain refund email Suzanne at suzjacquot@gmail.com. All cancellation funds will go for scholarships and studio improvements.

Students will be responsible for bringing the following supplies.

****Mixed media (Canson) workbook 9” x 12” or 11” x 14”
Acrylic paints - bring all the colors you like
Various sizes and styles of paint brushes of your choice
Drawing tools: Lyra graphite 9B, water soluble and water non-soluble, ebony Prismacolor pencil, black pastel or charcoal, eraser
Fixative
Fluid mat medium, (glazing medium, airbrush medium—optional)
Chip brushes - 1” and 2”
Shapers and scrapers of your choice
Palette knife
Brayer
rags
ruler
glue stick
spray bottle


Misc. studio supplies: (provided for in-studio participants)
Water buckets, paint trays, scissors, various things to try specific to class needs, tracing paper, palette paper, trays for paints, black and white acrylic paint, paper towels, large sheets of mixed media paper, etc.
